Chicken Mole Enchilada plate was very tasty...!!!
This place should be on kitchen nightmares. The owner walks around singing karaoke songs. And the food is terrible,
No more $1 margaritas. Now $2 and smaller by far.

dirty and disappointing – We were craving some delicious Mexican and went to our local Mi Ranchito in Sandy (across from the Expo). The booth we sat in was very run down and the windows all along the wall had finger prints all over them. Our waitress was difficult to understand and the margaritas didn't taste like they had any alcohol in them at all. It is nearly impossible to find an active phone number for this place. The 485 number and the 263 number both come back as disconnected. All I want to know are the hours. The advertising and publicity are horrid. I've been eating at Mi Ranchito's for more than 15 years. It use to be a larger chain of restaurants but recently broke apart. The American Fork Mi Ranchito Grille is the best. This new South Salt Lake use to be part of the same chain but separated and now the food suffers.
