Edit: We tried again and it's back to being what we expected. Added another star. In the past, this place has been amazing. Tonight, however, was a different story. The rice was different (not a good different), the refried beans were watery and not very tasteful, and it just seemed like it could have benefitted from taking more time to cook.
I live in Texas and I ate a lot of Mexican food and this place was awesome. When I'm working in in Nebraska I'm definitely going to go again. Trio was great. Ranchero sauce was great. Guacamole was gray. And the locals singing at the bar was just nice.
