Ron at MI Plumber did an excellent job helping us resolve several gas-related issues at our new condo in Waterford. Right after closing, we were dealing with Consumers Energy red tags and multiple gas leaks. This was stressful, to say the least, but Ron was thorough, practical, and persistent in getting everything fixed. He repaired leaks at the water heater, furnace, and fireplace supply, cleaned a clogged burner assembly, and completed the pressure testing needed so that Consumers could safely restore gas service. Ron kept contact with me (he was sick when I first reached out to him). When we scheduled the appointment he let me know when he was going to arrive (about 30 minutes ahead of time). He arrived in the time frame that was scheduled. Ron was able to work with my corroded old pipes and fix the leak.
Best Plumbiing company around! Fast appointment, affordable price and reliable service. I have had Ron fix multiple plumbing issues at my house and I have always been very satisfied with his work. Would rate him a 10 out of 10.
Ron did an excellent job removing my old toilet, and installing a new one for a reasonable and competitive price. His work reflected that of a Master Plumber with many years of experience. Not only was the removal and installation work professional and top notch, but he removed all of the debris, old toilet, packaging material, for disposal by him when he was finished. Without hesitation, I would recommend Mi Plumber for plumbing projects. An added bonus is that Ron is a really nice guy!!!
