I’d like to share the experience I had at this clinic today. Previously, I visited them for an urgent issue and they only had time to check one of my teeth, even though I had multiple dental problems. They charged me $50 for that single examination and told me I would need to come back another day and pay another $50 for a follow-up. When I returned today to have a wrongly fitted crown corrected, they insisted on another $50 fee just to tell me the crown’s price. It felt really unfair and not customer-friendly.
