I live at Mi- place for 3+ years.My apartment is really small and my lease expires in July. I was interested in finding a larger space so before renewing I went on their website to search what is available, found a few , and immediately leave work and went to the leasing office and asked to switch to one of the apartments on the first floor,only it was a different building. Lived here for 4 years would not recommend! Calls themselves luxury apartments but the building is made of sticks and stones with paper walls. The office never answers the phone and will give you the run a round if you need anything. There’s no concern for the tenants safety as there was a time a random scraggly man came knocking on my door and proceeded to stand by my door listening / sitting on the stairs I reported it and it was in vain.. PAY ATTENTION THE RENT INCREASES OVER 100$ EVERY YEAR ridiculous especially when the... read more
