We lived at Mi-Place for about a year and a half and we loved it. Maintenance was quick when needed and the office was very attentive. We had to break our lease early and they made that process incredibly seamless. Would recommend living here to anyone!
Avoid this place if you can. Seems great at first but then you start to realize how poor the management really is. You have a problem? Good luck getting ahold of them via phone call to the office. I swear they turn the phones off. So you go inside to talk to them and get the most generic response to your issue and it still doesn’t get resolved. Avoid this place! It seems great from the outside but it has been a complete nightmare. 1.Rude and Absent Staff: I have called the office countless times, and they used to never pick up the phone. It’s been months, and nothing ever gets resolved. If you have a complaint, don’t bother—they won’t do anything about it. When I finally got through to them about a problem they caused, they actually told me to hurry up so they could get off the phone. Such a polite group of people.
