Don’t honor appointment times!! Don’t get me wrong, they do a great job… BUT! I make appointments for a reason, I don’t mind 5-10 minutes late but my last 4 appointments, I’ve arrived 5 min early - only to be told I have to wait 25-40 minutes!! This is so annoying, so I’m done. What’s the point of appointments if you put walk ins ahead and make people with appointments wait. Won’t be back.
This was my second time coming into this salon and compared to my first experience, this visit was far from great. I left dissatisfied with gel that was too thick and rubbery. The nail tech cut my cuticle on my big toe way too short cutting into my skin. Near the end, another nail tech took over and had to cut off a bunch of extra gel around the sides of the nail. I had to go back out the next day and pay for another pedicure. Not very likely to return.
I’ve had several great experiences here!
I have been going to this nail salon for over 6 months now and I have been extremely satisfied every single time!
