I’ve only been here two or three times, but each time I go I leave totally obsessed with my nails. My technician was great! She sat me down immediately and started working on perfecting the shape and nail art I requested. She not only took her time, but she did a beautiful job all while handling calls and other business matters at the same time (without making me feel forgotten about OR making me wait). Needless to say I love their work here and I will definitely be coming back!

Not good at all. I didn't receive any service but my sister-in-law did and, since I drove her, I hung out while she was serviced. The nail tech was rude to her and continuously spoke a foreign language to another nail tech, making my sister-in-law feel uncomfortable. We were there for nearly 3 hrs. They were under staffed but still accepted walk-ins. A friend recommended MI Salon on Baldwin Rd for a pedicure. My appointment was at 4:30. I arrived at 4:23. Was in the chair at 4:30. It was 5:45 before anyone came to me. I had on gel polish, so they treated them and came back at 6:00 I received a text at 5:30 that said, “Please tell us how you feel about your visit today.” I hadn’t even been seen yet!!
