This is our go to hair store. My kids shop here more often that I do. We have a barber shop and restaurant close by. Everyone is always so pleasant and very helpful when we go in. The kids have even left my card there before and they kept it safe. Today I got the pleasure of meeting Michael. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about his trade and provided and educational experience. As a business owner, I appreciate his passion and attention to detail.
Came on the morning of July 5th around 10am. Walked in looking for a ponytail, didn’t realize they were behind the counter. Once I found one I liked, I went to ask the clerk (older black woman) for help and she completely ignored me. The other young lady assisted me from looking for ponytails up until check out. The other woman was on the phone talking about how not to be drunk. Would not come back.
I bought a wig frm them 2 months ago and it was supposed to be “human hair” 34 in body wave and it wasn’t it was fake hair and it gave 20inch . I call spoke to folks and they took my info down was supposed to call me when owner comes in and they won’t , one of the girls told me he be selling fake hair and ppl comes in trading the wigs cause they can’t get they money back . She even said she bought a wig frm there and her wig did the same thang , I’ve been waiting 2 months chasing the owner down and still nothing . I paid 220... read more
Never open on time.
I was not greeted nor offered any assistance when I entered the store, so I left. Very unprofessional and high priced compared to others.
