A true bit of Mexico right in Bellingham To get a true feeling of actually being in a Mexican restaurant in Mexico then you have to give Mi Mexico a try. The first thing you will notice is the decor. Very, very Mexican. Restaurant, kitchen and rest room facilities are all very clean. We love their Enchilada dinners and their chicken Tacos. Wait staff always have some good suggestions about "specials".
Mi Mexico--A Mexican Treat Mi Mexico is the most incredible Mexican restaurant in all of Bellingham, and all of Western Washington maybe, too. Every dish is perfectly delectable and authentic to its south of the border roots. Having spent a lot of time in Mexico, my wife and I love how authentic Mi Mexico's menu is, none of the typical Tex-Mex spinoffs. Best Mexican restaurant in Bellingham
Delicious food always. Staff very friendly. Authentic Mexican food that is very tasty.
One of the Waitresses refused to service me, my fiancé, my mom, sister and niece. It 1st started with every time she walked by she would look at me and roll her eyes. Then she gave our table to a different waitresses. The food was delish. I won’t ever come back here for the poor service.
Food is great quality, prices are good. We will be eating for the next two days!!
Best in town with best service and food. In 25 years never had a bad meal.
Friendly staff, great prices and huge portions! And of course the excellent food!
