Very disappointing experience. I called simply to ask a question, but the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, cut me off mid-sentence, and acted as if I was bothering them. I was taken aback by how dismissive and short they were—completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Now, having experienced it firsthand, I understand why so many of the other reviews are so low. Customer service matters, and this interaction left a very poor impression.
Had an interview with one of the supervisors and he was very unprofessional I can’t tell you him name because he didn’t even introduce himself. He did a 10 second interview never gave me a chance to speak or ask questions. But decided I wasn’t fit for the position. It felt like it was racially motivated on his decision not to give me a chance.
Highly Grateful and much appreciated for Mi Metals being understanding in times of the disaster. Thank you so much!
You never take the feedback seriously, but never. If you was doing one time, the things (maintenance) was not in that condition in MI Metals. How you can you explain that every day the thing's going worst and the worst from November 2023. Especially after you fired the good peoples and good technics, Art Hoffman, the old Art and Steve and you hired mechanic technicians, which don't know almost nothing. Okay place to but you won't get the right training some of these managers are not people person and they work like they won't talking about no life you just be tried as you know what
