They have a terrible maintenance team that has outstanding safety items over 6 months not getting repaired, or worse they break it by touching it during a PM. Never in my life have I seen an industrial maintenance mechanic over grease 40 bearings, and they tell him great job. If it’s not their main extrusion line..it doesn’t matter, and won’t get fixed in a timely manner. Senior management has no idea what they are doing. Very unprofessional and nepotistic! Would not recommend to anyone! They will use you and throw you away like yesterdays garbage 👎
Very disappointing experience. I called simply to ask a question, but the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, cut me off mid-sentence, and acted as if I was bothering them. I was taken aback by how dismissive and short they were—completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Now, having experienced it firsthand, I understand why so many of the other reviews are so low. Customer service matters, and this interaction left a very poor impression.
