I arrived on Friday afternoon and was initially told that I would be unloaded. After some time, the situation changed, and I was told that it was not possible because a crane was required. I politely asked for help due to a personal situation and explained that on Monday it was my son’s birthday, and I wanted to spend that day with my family, so I kindly asked if I could be unloaded on Friday. I swear you guys make those Translift cranes as un-user friendly as possible as far as the controls and the steering. Kone, Hyster and Taylor make a way better product.

Got let go after 30 days of training, said I wasn't picking it up to their standards, everyone learns at a different pace, and to give them a time test to see how fast u can do it only after 30 days of training, what happen to 90 days training, give a person time to feel comfortable in the Job not nervous because you are testing me, I felt like I was in Highschool.
