I was no showed on my confirmed delivery today. The short story is I can get my delivery fee refunded if I drive and pick it up. No care for the lost day at work or poor logistics nor house guests arriving to no furniture. I really enjoyed our in-store shopping experience. I can’t believe the lack of care we have received on this end.

We always require verbal confirmation (via voicemail or speaking to someone directly) on the delivery date/time so I sincerely apologize that this hadn’t been adequately confirmed on our end. Highly recommend! Staff is friendly and helpful...and great selection to choose from! Their customer service is out of this world - I’ve had them email, call, and switch their own deliveries around to accommodate but have never felt pressured. � We will be back again and again!

Even if you are not In the market to buy furniture, the wall decor and home furnishings are amazing! Recently purchase a sectional couch with ottoman, lamp, and nesting tables from Kari. We wanted to add some accent pillows from a different couch set and they ordered them up for us. Ken, owner, is so nice and well educated on his products. We have since been back to buy a mattress and wall art! All within 6 weeks!
