He was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses the store carried, as well as brands they didn’t carry. My husband and I came in to look at a couple chairs, and ended up getting a couch, a couple chairs, and an ottoman! Heather and Ken were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without any of the pressure. They worked with me every day for a week until everything was just right. I even wanted to buy 2 ottomans and Heather made some good points of how it would be too large for the space. Brovo Mi Hometown Furnishings! I will be coming back and recommending you!

Our neighbors were getting furniture delivered and the truck driver accidentally backed into our mailbox. After being notified, Ken immediately called and promised to take care of it. He ordered the custom mailbox and hired a company to come install it. Even though we offered to install it ourselves he said, “You guys shouldn’t have to do anything.” We’ve had several companies damage our property the last couple years, and this was by far the best customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I was happy with the initial experience when I made my purchase. They were more than accomodating. The experience turned sour soon after they made the sale. Furniture was broken when delivered. They took our special order chair back to the manufacturer in June, and we still don't have it back. The couch was also broken on delivery in May, and they attempted to repair it finally in September! The couch and chair are inferior quality.
