MI Homes North Inspection is definitely who you want to call. Nikki and Matt come together. He works on the outside while she works on the inside, to help speed up the process. --For minor things that came up they were able to give us a list of vendors for the things we need. We used them for a pre-inspection, so I can't even imagine what they do for a full inspection. Absolutely PHENOMENAL company. Fairly Priced and got us in on Monday when I called Saturday...I would recommend them to anyone in the Northern Michigan area.
Very good, I am a new to buying a house and they walked me through their inspection and what to watch and look out for later down the road. Plus they were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.
