5 years in our house and problem after problem. They don’t care about quality and sub contract out to the lowest bidder. We have tile floors throughout and none of them are level and many are not installed well and have a “hollow” thump to them. Breakers were faulty and had to be replaced. They installed the septic pump where the power cord got pinched in the lid and “fixed” it by using caution tape to hold the pump in place rather than fix it properly. It was fun
I don't know if I can say that it was a good purchase. I never thought I would have such an expensive house with such poor finishes and of such poor quality. Most of the houses cost more than 400-450 thousand dollars, however the quality is not even worth 100 thousand and nothing really has a guarantee because everything is considered costly. I leave you some examples. Terrible quality floors and installed with products of I don't know what kind of cracked walls where every day it gets bigger.
