I got the rio grande burrito and the beef was really salty and dry. I took a couple of bites and so did my bf and he agreed so i asked for a refund or a discount and was immediately told no because i "ate half the burrito". I definitely did not, but after talking or really arguing with the cook who said he tried it and it wasn't salty or dry we finally got "half off" the burrito. With the arguing and mediocre food i just wouldn't go back..
I’ve been to Mi Hacienda multiple times and it’s always been good. The chips are delicious, the queso and salsa is good as well. Our plates are always hot and plates that pass by to other tables always look and smell delicious! The service is good and very friendly. I am not a huge fan of how they prepare their chicken dishes, as I have an aversion to green peppers, but those seem to be in the quesadillas and enchiladas, but that’s probably just my thing.
Great Mexican food and super fast service! Love going here, everyone is really attentive and the food is delicious!
Was my second time ever visiting. First time was a million times better. I will not recommend this place to anybody or will I come back. One star on the service is too generous up until we complained or waiter maybe said 10 words to us after we complained. Maybe got 10 more. As for a supervisor, he said he was the guy in charge. Javier A was the employee. If he's the guy in charge they need better management
