Taking my first Gentle Flow class here was truly incredible. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt so welcoming—warm, inclusive, and genuinely judgment-free. I went here for the first time to try Allisson's line dancing class on Mondays and it was so fun! She is an amazing teacher, love her energy :) Can't wait to go back!
Love the classes they offer, the instructors are great! The people that join are all wonderful and motivated. They give you everything you need for each class, no shoes necessary! It's low impact great workouts.
