BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE BY STORE MANAGER: MAJOR THUMBS DOWN!!!!!! Over the past 6 months, we have been regular customers at Mi Familia. Over the past month, we have been visiting this store almost daily. We purchased a cheese substitute (recommended by an employee who provides excellent customer service). However, the cheese was beyond FAKE. We tried to make a quesadilla and it never melted. Love this store!!!!! Amazing flour tortillas!!! Pan dulce!! Omg the list goes on!! Came across the meat department manager Jose very helpful !! I'll keep u posted on the new cuts of meat that he was raving about !! I think he called huaraches!! And I quote!! He said there like Butter!!
