I hosted a baby shower today at Mi Cocina in Flower Mound/Highlands Ranch and they couldn't have been more accommodating. From helping set out the favors to providing us separate checks and allowing us to bring in a cake, they were wonderful. The food is always top notch and the service for a large party was phenomenal. I highly recommend them and you should ask for Carlos or Israel.
This is our favorite Mexican place. Really between the chips and the margaritas you can't go wrong. I usually get the Mama's Chicken which is great. The fajitas are good especially at lunch because they have a lunch special for them. I feel like it can be hard to find good Mexican in the suburbs but Mi Cocina definitely fits the bill.
