Hardly busy when I took someone for their birthday dinner - and ended up leaving after a long wait to order our drinks (nearly 15 mins). Left before our drinks arrived and went to El-Chico where our food was brought to the table quicker than our drink order was made at Mi-Cocina. In all fairness - food is usually pretty good - but service says it all.

Worst customer service experience ever! I do not ever plan to go back to this particular Mi Cocina. This says a lot because we went 3 - 4 times per month pre-pandemic and have ordered take out 5 or 6 times since the lockdown. We were driving and I called to place a take out order. The first attempt, the phone was busy. the second and third the phone rang and then disconnected. The fourth attempt it was answered. I said I would like to place a pick up order. There was a VERY Rude manager today.
We called in our to go order, only to be told it wasn’t ready at the expected time, then I was told I had to wait outside while they were preparing it, all the To Go parking filled up with restaurant patrons, not an apologetic bone in from anybody, Mi Cucina, let me just circle your parking lot while I wait on a $100 plus to go order, which was all jacked up, then the door Natzi had a meltdown because I walked my receipt in to have my order repaired. On a side note, super sweet waitress. #rockwallmicocina
Horrible service today. I asked for a real menu and you would have thought I'd asked for free food for the entire restaurant. o have tried that QR code doesn't work on my phone!! And the margarita was so watered down. Pathetic!!
