The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because my doctor, Dr. Khan, is a very professional and considerate doctor who I appreciate a lot since I've been a patient here. However, everything else about thos establishment is extremely upsetting but specifically the wait times and queuing of patients. The wait times are extremely long, even when you have an appointment. Very rude and unprofessional. I came as a walk in and the receptionist was very very rude and not respectful. Never coming back to this clinic! They don’t care about your concerns at all
I had a medical issue due to an accident and I was a patient with dr Amal altaweel but for no reason the doctor terminated my file and refused to help me after waiting in for hours me and she didn’t accept to help while I needed her while she accept my appointment after letting me wait more than 2 hours to see her and at the end she said we have a problem with you so I will not help you or give any medicine while she knows my situation that I am not feeling good and I need to be referred to a specialist but she didn’t do her... read more
