Last time I went there I ordered 2 taco salads to go. Picked them up got back to work and there was no meat in it. Called they said come back. They remade them and wanted to charge me again. Lunch break was almost over when I got back.WTH? Gave them another chance last night since my sister and I had been given gift certificates for 30 each. My chimi changa wasn't edible. The food was good and reasonably priced. Couldn't get a drink refill. The only time anyone asked if everything was ok, was before we had food or drinks, only chips and salsa. It's one of those places where you can have multiple servers but not one dedicated server. Service of that style always sucks and nobody cares because they have to share tips anyway. Their loss. We've enjoyed Mi Casa for years. My family just loves this place. My daughter especially. So much we hired Miguel to cater her wedding. We reserved 100 guests and had to ask to add 20 plates last minute which he did no problem. Our guests just raved about how good everything was and how cool it was to have such a wonderful Mexican buffet! So much fun and excellent experience all around. Thank you for all the years of good food and especially for making our daughter's wedding night so memorable!
