friendly staff, quick service, picks up the phone, follows up with customers. It was a stress free move. Movers were able to load up trailer and I felt safe locking up my valuables. Low cost moving and storage cost company.
This company is professional, and they have the best people skills ever!! Bryan Wilde listens to instructions and follows them to a T even when I changed the instructions twice ...he was on top of it...he did precisely as I requested . You will not be disappointed with this great company. 5-Star rating for sure. I was expecting to see bugs in the pod but it was so air tight I was impressed . No bugs!!! Yeah!!! These men are truly professionals!!! And I have to add KINDNESS BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST THAT!!!
OMGosh, this is the best place ever to rent pods from & having them as your movers. Not only are they professional but they are a lot of fun. I absolutely LOVE Matt, Brian & their driver Steve. Steve place the box in the exact spot that we requested even though we were not there to instruct him. We gave directions as we order & it was precise. LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys! 😍🤩😍🤩😍 SUPER STARS!!!

I shopped around and I'm so glad I did... MI-BOX is the very best in the business... I've used others before so I'm speaking from experience. Their Equipment is safe and state of the art. The quick response customer service is also the very best. Then their pricing is way more competitive than any one else out there. I highly recommend them for moving & storage, short or long term.
From start to finish, these guys were amazing! From Brian setting everything up to Steve dropping off, transferring and picking up the container, i was very impressed. Their professionalism and customer service is off the charts. They were courteous, on time and checked in for each part of the process. I highly recommend.
They are awesome! We had a great experience. They are so responsive and helpful. And they show up when they say they will! Highly recommend!
