Chris picked up my computer at the time he said he would and repaired a silly mistake I had made. After returning the computer, he also spent a large amount of time over 2 days via Messages assisting me with several issues which I did not understand, all without charge. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend him for any kind of computer service.

I really hope Kurt Janz sold this place and his inventory to you for a deep discount. What a nightmare person to work for. I would know, worked for him for years. He also never spent a dime on that if you know what I mean.

Chris is absolutely wonderful. We are a retired couple with two PCs and he is unfailingly positive and helpful, comes to the house when we need him, just simply excellent to work with!
