I've written a reviews for MHSC & every so often I update my review. Its been 5 years since I joined MHSC. 75pounds down!! Im in better shape than I was in my teenage years!! At MHSC the workouts are well planned out, demonstrated, and explained before each workout. There's always new exercises being introduced and a ton of machines and equipment for just about every exercise you could think of. Just hit 2 years attending MHSC a couple weeks ago and I can honestly say, at almost 40yrs old I’m in better shape than I have been since high school. Coach Matt and Will are both extremely knowledgeable and pay attention to all the details. They both take time to answer any/all questions. Here for an update. Absolutely love this gym!!! The community is so welcoming and positive. Coach Matt is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in my progress. The workouts are challenging but perfectly adaptable. Highly recommend! A truly 5-star experience!
