This gym is seriously the best. Every workout is amazing and just keeps getting better. If you’re looking for something that’ll push you and actually make you want to show up every day, this is the place.
Best gym & trainer hands down. Im not what you would call a gym rat and not a fan of "working out" but this 50+ year old body needed some tune up and MHSC delivered in ways I didn't even know I needed. Thanks Matt for rejuvenating these tired old bones! A+++ Highly recommended!
I absolutely love working out at MHSC! The workouts are intentionally curated by Matt and provide a truly full body workout. They are always exciting, challenging and constantly evolving.
