Card doesn’t work. No way to talk to them on the phone to get it fixed. No way to get into the garage with out annual pass since it’s not working. Only way is to email them. Customer service rep who took that call was rude, raised her voice and hung up mid phone call.
No posted prices. When I left the machine told me parking cost $8. The next day I checked my account and saw this company charged me $8 plus an additional $20 without warning. Scumbags. Do not use this garage.
Parked here went to a show came back 2 hours before midnight which is the posted time it closes and at 940pm we proceed to walk the block to find an opening as to which there was none and when we called the after hours answering we got met with attitude telling me the gates where not locked that I was lying.
