I’ve gone to this practice twice with the same issue. Last year I visited this office with an abscess; they refused to drain it and prescribed antibiotics. A few days ago, last year’s abscess flared up, it’s very painful, and since it’s located on my back, I can’t see it or reach it. The infection has already encysted (it formed a pus pocket).
