I wish I could give a -10 rating. One star is too much credit. I have been with mhmr for years due to my trauma. Just I the last 6 months I have had two mental crisis, I reached out to mhmr on each crisis. Not only did the Dr just stare at me on the video call and left me sitting in silence, then irritatingly asked me what I wanted? She's the medical professional, then they tell me there's nothing they can do until I fill out the paperwork for them to get paid. I couldn't receive help, until this paperwork was filled out. Places like this should be shut down lack of caring people read the reviews and it speaks for it self find some ware else to get help they don't care nor listen
I've been to this place 3 times,and each time I waited hours,and still never got to see a soul, I'm in need of hydroxen for anxiety right now,and yet,I have no behavioral health doctor til this day, I don't know what I'm going to do
Updated review for 2026: PLEASE do NOT use this place. There is a website called Open Path Collective that is a one time membership fee of $60. Then is provides psychologists for as low as 20 dollars per session. These people can help with a diagnosis and directing to affordable medications. When i went to MHMR i was a patient for 2 years and they ended up delcining my zoloft prescription bevause they said they needed proof i needed it. They had my records because they are the ones who initiated the meds for me originally. T... read more
