Cabor came out to give us an estimate on a new roof. He was courteous and professional. Said he was newer to the company. It was very knowledgeable. Great experience and would highly recommend.
Cody and John did an outstanding inspection. They identified a growing mold risk in the attic that had not been identified by anyone else in our attic. We were grateful for someone to prioritize the health of our home and family while making a recommendation for how to resolve this problem. On our install day, Zayne was our project manager. Note that despite MHI's 7/9 optics-focused reply to this review, they have NOT reached out as of 9/12. I have docked a star in response to this. Here’s the most critical takeaway: If you're considering MHI based on previous positive reviews, know that the company was acquired in early 2025. As of March, management was replaced. Prior reviews reflect the former team. The crews may be the same, but MHI itself is not. This crew and Alex was absolutely amazing right on time did their job 100%, I couldn't be more happier with what they have done very nice people to work with and you won't regret getting them that's a promise
Ryan and Xavier did a wonderful job! They were very knowledgeable and made friends with our husky and that is hard because she doesn’t like ANYBODY!! I’d recommend MHI to anyone! Zayne and his crew came to complete the job and they did a fantastic job. He was very informative and kept me updated step by step while they were completing my new roof. I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a new roof!
