After years looking for the right counselor, I finally found one! It has been 7 (or 8) weeks since I did the initial session with Kate C, and I felt connected since week 1. She is calm, compassionate, caring, kind, wonderful, empathetic (which is really important), non judgmental, and the list goes on. I had received an email in my inbox with in regards of getting some therapy sessions from MHFA. What was so good about it, at the time, it was really affordable for me to pay, which was less than $50 per session as I needed an outlet to express my thoughts and feelings from training psychologist.
