The shoddiest workmanship ever! Crown molding coming unattached from walls and/or ceilings. Like pulling teeth to get a response more less someone to do warranty work, and the losers they send just do half-ass repairs over the half-ass work they are supposed to repair. Terrible windows will hardly close once they are opened, cracks in drywall, counters some shorter than others, crap appliances, leaks and drips. Hi I have read all the latest reviews and I'm so sorry with this place believe me seen it all. Its been 2years still suffering very bad home and they don't care don't like I still have a light tan dust all over the house their so called repair agents not to bright either they stated from the outside dirt and my dogs??? Had to replace a furnace valve outside water not working again, kitchen ceiling lights out, still here like leaking pipes under the kitchen sink oh their repair guys stated it's just the water going in the dra... read more
I'd leave a zero star if I could. One half of the home came 1.75" out of plumb. The other half was .75" out of plumb in the opposite direction. There is no seam of the house that will ever look right or normal... The carpet seams came from the factory already coming apart. Not to mention they didn't even care to run the grain of the carpet in the same direction at the seams. The front door has a 3/8" gap at the top of the door. Doll houses are built with better material than the frames of these houses. I had to go. I can't be a part of that filth. Plus the dishonesty of everything within this company, MHE is disconcerting. Build your own, at least you probably wouldn't build it from discarded pallet condition material.
