We purchased the Barton IV and I am over the moon happy with the quality of building and details of our new home. Our house was built within the expected time frame and delivered by a team that took their time and made sure it arrived safely! When purchasing a pre-fab home there are normal delays and things to be aware of that are outside the builder and delivery teams control, and I see a lot of these issues listed in bad reviews. Overall I am amazed and ecstatic about our decision to use Manufactured Housing Enterprises.
The shoddiest workmanship ever! Crown molding coming unattached from walls and/or ceilings. Like pulling teeth to get a response more less someone to do warranty work, and the losers they send just do half-ass repairs over the half-ass work they are supposed to repair. Terrible windows will hardly close once they are opened, cracks in drywall, counters some shorter than others, crap appliances, leaks and drips. Shame on the owners of this establishment to even use this company! Even the first house put in this park was crap.... read more
