I'd leave a zero star if I could. One half of the home came 1.75" out of plumb. The other half was .75" out of plumb in the opposite direction. There is no seam of the house that will ever look right or normal... The carpet seams came from the factory already coming apart. Not to mention they didn't even care to run the grain of the carpet in the same direction at the seams. The front door has a 3/8" gap at the top of the door. Doll houses are built with better material than the frames of these houses. I had to go. I can't be a part of that filth. Plus the dishonesty of everything within this company, MHE is disconcerting. Build your own, at least you probably wouldn't build it from discarded pallet condition material.
Absolutely the worst home you can buy. So many things are installed wrong. And I can't get a hold of anybody for warranty work. Honestly, I don't know how they sleep at night with the quality of work they do. How does any of this pass inspections???
