Called on a Tuesday to transfer my care here since I moved from Cheyenne. I’m currently sick so I wanted to get something soon. The lady was surprised I was already in the system and said the earliest appointment was 11:20 on Friday with Dr. Mikesell. Ok. Not as quick as I’d like being sick and all, but I’ll take it. Come Friday, I’m still hacking my head off and having some difficulty breathing. Head in for my appointment and get there early. Great doctors and staff. Low wait times, very clean waiting and doctor rooms. Lots of parking.
Dr.westfall, Lincoln is an awful doctor who doesn’t help his patients I went in with a sore throat swollen uvula I got tested for strep but came back negative they sent me home and told me I needed to go buy my own test kit too see if I have something different. No guidance no professionalism just bs from a small town doctor that just wants a pay check I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone living in Rawlins.
I’m really not understanding the lack of intelligence or common sense with this doctor’s office and the staff. Clearly they have a filing system to keep records for every patient ever seen and exactly how many patients there are. With this information you would think they would keep a sufficient supply of yearly vaccines on hand for their regular patients. Specially when it pertains to the children of this town.
