Chris in the service department is hands down one of the most helpful and knowledgeable people I’ve dealt with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave solid advice, and genuinely cared about helping me out — not just pushing a repair. If you need someone who actually knows what they’re talking about and wants to help, talk to Chris.
Scam shop. I waited two full days just to get a damn estimate, and when they finally sent it, they quoted me $5,467 for a simple coolant leak. $3,794 just for labor — are you kidding me? Nothing was actually repaired. They just charged me $792.87 for nothing. No transparency, no real explanation, just a pathetic attempt to rip people off. If you respect your money and time, STAY AWAY from this place. Absolute fraud.
This location is fantastic! Zach, Richard, and Drazen in service are incredible to work with. They are great at communicating and very attentive to details when billing and applying unit numbers to the requisite invoice! Not to mention their ability to work on multiple manufacturers! Their parts advisors are great to work with as well! Highly recommend using MHC for any heavy duty parts and repairs needed!
Had a great experience, I was treated like a top tier customer. Zach Bolen over in the service department was real professional and honest, as well as Javier the mechanic, who conducted the the actual work. I would go back to see them a thousand times over they really helped me out a lot. I highly recommend them!!!!
