I have owned a shop for over 15 years. A good customer of mine had a truck go down out of state I found this place and was told it was a very reputable shop I was misled. Not only did I have to track the part down for them so I did not have to wait a whole another week of lead time this just being a radiator I have done the repair myself on the exact same model of truck many of times and a fraction of the time they are charging me. Incredible service from Mr. Holden! Friendly, helpful, and went absolutely above and beyond to make sure everything was completed smoothly and efficiently.
I had a bad experience with my husband's truck at a different shop, but Chris M. did an excellent job keeping us informed with updates and explaining warranty coverage in a way that's easy to understand. He worked hard to get our truck in and out quickly. Will be back!
