I had an issue with my semi truck and got in contact with service tech Chris! My truck was going into derate with the red stop engine light on and really scoot levels high. Brought it in Tuesday night and by Wednesday afternoon it was ready after service tech James got on it! Great customer service and communication on their part! Last but not least Matt also has done a great job getting my trucks rolling!
Christian McCabe did an excellent job communicating with me and telling me what items would be customer pay and warranty. He jumped through some hurdles to be able to get my truck out the door the same day. Werner and I are pleased with the service. We also want to thank Jeremy and Dylan for servicing our truck for us.
It took so long to check in, and the staff members was not helpful.
