The people working here are great but TRP can't seem to keep enough people to make the wait times faster. Even if there's one person in front of you be prepared to wait a long time.
I recently had major repairs done on my semi. Turbo, new head and an inframe. Russell the shop forman was awesome!!! Very professional and knowledgable. They did everything they said they would within the estimate they gave me, as well as being very fair with the bill. I would recomend this shop to anyone in the denver area.
Giving 1 star these people is too much. Be warned; they charge ridiculously too much. We requested oil change. We also requested just inspection physically if there was damage to the truck since our driver left the road and drove on the road median. Checking physically the truck won’t take long because it does not involved using any tools. They said they spent 1 hour labor to physically check. That’s not the complaint.
