They do not carry parts unless it's over $300 I needed a quarter by quarter fitting for my clutch fan and they have to order it how ridiculous is that

Had a great experience with Wesley in sales super nice guy him and the sales manager were amazing to deal with and Wesley stayed late an̈d gave up his personal time just to make sure I was happy.

The parts department is not open 24 hours. Be careful before you drive an hour to find this out. The least they could do is update the hours on Google.

My experience with this MHC Kenworth location reflects what many others have said — the service department is extremely overpriced and unprofessional. They charge $240 per hour, which is excessive even by dealership standards. The overall bill for a relatively straightforward job came out to nearly $9,250, which is completely unreasonable. Be careful when you buy a used truck from this dealership. Two weeks ago I got a 2021 Peterbilt 579 for $63,000 and when I left with truck a day into my trip back home I was broke down on the side of the road I spent $2500 for tow truck and repairs. They told me the truck was dot inspected and passed, they lied I had to do all brakes in the rear axle to make it dot ready.
