If it wasn't for Michael & Twig of second shift plus Jerica at Service desk I would never come back!! They had my truck from Friday am until Tuesday pm!! First shift on Friday after 6hrs said they fixed my problem but 10 mins later my marker lights were out!! Second shift did the "wiggle" test and found the bad wiring harnes!! Promised parts on Saturday then Monday finally showed on Tuesday!! We paid for overnight shipping!!
MHC Kenworth in Texarkana is by far one of the best service and repair shops I’ve taken my truck into be fixed. I was in need of a new clutch, and after inspection of the we found a few minor things needing to be fixed as well, after all the repairs on the truck they still come in under the original estimate to do the clutch job. I am extremely impressed with the honesty and quality of work shown by the service manager Colton, I will be recommending them for future work.
They have plenty of inventory and great service.
