I got the run around from another Kenworth dealership, and came across this one! I came looking for fuel cap gaskets for my 92 W900 James D. was able locate the correct part(in stock)!! Thanks no more fuel leaks!! Classic*
While i was at MHC in Gainesville s GA the whole staff was awesome just to mention a few Nathan Welch made sure i didnt go with out food or anything and the salesman Barry Williams went as far as letting me use his personal vehicle and Kevin the store manager made me fill like family not just a customer and Lee the shop mechanic was awesome he kept me informed of what he did and what his was doing he took his time and treated me and my truck with all respect. This is the worst place ever. Every time I get a pm I pick up the truck something goes wrong with in a hundred miles
Very poor customer service and professionalism, lack of attention to details and extremely inconsistent approach to service after an estimate was provided
The company tries to get the job done but the sales and service department lack training and knowledge. We have taken our trucks back several times and it still isn't fixed (working properly). I am beginning to think they use after market products (which do not hold up). It is frustrating to keep going back and forth to this company and paying every time more and more with no positive results.
Very unsatisfied. I have a 2015 KW T680. Simple common truck. Mhc suggested I do a total replacement of fuel system. I did. 20000 bucks. The tech installed injector six wrong and I broke down again. Come to find out parts that I paid for were not replaced. They reused several connectors even though I paid to replace them. I have a cracked connector pump. The original connector. These folks are con artists, they are slow, and totally unorganized.
Can't ever get them to answer the damn phone
They falsely get you to come look at a semi then refuse to repair all that needed to be done. We drove a long way for misrepresentation and not knowing the truck being sold. It couldn't even pass a DOT inspection.
Our truck was hit on the highway by another truck and broke the left mirror assy off. Larry in parts was very helpful and found me an assembly that another dealer said they did not make. He had it in stock and saved me over $400 on buying all the parts separate. I then asked Justin in the body shop if he could get it in and put the part on, he moved his schedule around and got me going in 3 hours. Excellent dealership to do business with.
