Great customer service and the service manager was great, he showed some hospitality and made sure I was comfortable while I wait
This has been the best experience at any Kenworth. The air went out and they got to the problem and fixed it. They also seen we had 2 recalls on our tractor and got that fixed as well. They kept my husband in the loop on what they were fixing and gave updates as they completed the things. They were very friendly and very professional. Ty guys for getting our truck fixed in a timely manner and being so friendly.
