This rating is solely for Justin, the Service supervisor. He's reached out to me and we've talked a few times since my initial review. I must say, Justin is such an asset to this MHC location and if they're going to turn things around for the better, it'll be through his leadership and customer service skills. He's addressed my issues in a more than satisfactory way! Thank you Justin, for reaching out to me on a personal level, you're a breath of fresh air!

If you break down in El paso, go to Peterbuilt for repairs if you value your time and money, especially if it’s warranty work! MHC service writers will lie to you, & then lie some more! Then when all is said & done, overcharge you for work by double dipping hours to make up for their loss on warranty work! My Eaton transmission went out while under warranty. The claim was filed on April 6th & I sat in front of their bays for 2 days, waiting for them to bring the truck in to drop the tranny to take the required pics Eaton ... read more
