Rudy the nighttime parts guy is very knowledgeable. Wish more parts people were half as knowledgeable as him.
The worst MHC you could ever deal with the service guys are horrendous they don’t have a customer service skills at all I dropped my truck for a PM and overhead adjustment on a Friday and they promised to get the truck ready on a Saturday, i never received a call on that day when i called in the parts guys said the service people are not in call on Monday and he disconnected, when tried calling him back he kept putting me back on hold without listening to me and when i called o. monday they said they haven’t got to the Pm ye... read more
Well I had the misfortune to need the services of MHC Durham. Lol My truck blew a head gasket and hydro locked… so I wasn’t going nowhere! At MHC we were able to arrange the fix and make arrangements in the area to keep rolling with a lease truck while the repair was being done. Zadok and John in service were able to plan, prep and complete my repair in a reasonable time frame that was acceptable to my wife and I.
