I now have to update my review that I had of this specific Kenworth who seems to think now every time I bring my truck in that there is some kind of bug on the truck and is constantly lying to my face and boss about it even though it’s not the truck gets professionally cleaned before it goes in to try and avoid these baseless accusations and for some reason they don’t care the other thing I will add is if my truck really is that bad why haven’t they call animal control on me

Disaster, Avoid at all cost. Rather tow else then fix here. Broken wire- 9 days to replace it, after they replaced wrong harnes ofc. Slow, incompetent, overpriced as they service equals to terrible.18k bill for broken wire. Other drivers waiting said same thing, never again at this shop.One guy said they where fixing his wire issue 2 month and only created more problems.Better to pay tow truck for 200miles then stop here. Probably good only for Oil Change.But they might need *extra* day even for that.

I got quoted charged and the issue wasn't solved they gave me another diagnostic and that wasnt the issue they changed a part that they said it was going to be the problem and guess what that wasn't solved stop guessing and ripping off people 3300 and nothing happened am not going back to this dealership even if it was my last option and Owner replies saying to contact him on every single review but never answer the phone STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF
