I had a terrible experience with this Kenworth dealership. I brought in my Peterbilt for an overhead valve adjustment and I was told it would be taken care of . I called at 7:30am to make sure this was possible -They assured me everything would be good to go, so I cleared my whole day to get this done. Brought it in by 11am was told I had two trucks in front of me so it would be a few hours Fast forward to the end of the day, and no one had even called me to update me on the status of my truck. from 8am still waiting for invoice is already 4pm terrible service , not responding on the phone , and repair for over $ 4k and the same problem still on the truck
