It's a company that don't cares the customer, they only want to make a profit, regardless of whether people can pay their prices excessive . We took our truck in for a DEF system failure. The truck was still under factory warranty. They told us they were going to inspect it for a diagnosis. We asked the shop manager if the part was not under warranty to inform us of the cost and we could come up with our estimate. However, their ethics and commitment to service are non-existent. My Sales agent was Bobby Clay, If I Could Give them a 0 I would!!! I flew all the way from GA To Buy a truck from them. He at least picked me up from the airport but that was def it. These guys would even give me enough diesel to even make it to the nearest diesel station. I ran out of gas 2 miles down the road and you think the salesman guy help me?
