Ordered ahead of time and when I arrived parts were ready to pick up. Fast and friendly as usual. Thanks.
Don't break down on 2nd shift around this place. Total incompetence. One of the many issues is a broken air dryer bracket. They "fixed" it. Broke again less than a month later. $430.50 for that alone. I called to inquire about it and he hung up on me. Horrible shop.
Please be aware — everything seemed fine until I noticed that the refrigerator in the truck appeared to have been tampered with while it was at this Kenworth location. The fridge had been secured before service, but the securing device looked to be disturbed after the repair was completed. I can't say for certain what happened or who may have accessed it, but it was unexpected — especially since the truck wasn’t in for sleeper-area repairs.
