Well I wish I had some of the more positive vibes some other Customers had. 1 great and 1 grump service writer and 1 grump mechanic. Like they're doing you the favor of talking to you. I guess when you wait in the driver's lounge for hours n hours it's too much to ask for a TV hooked to actual TV channels. What happened to the days they'd take you to the motel an exit away? I don't know. My general service experience was let's say not stellar. Nice recliners though!
Easy going people. Mechanics are pretty layed back and knowledgeable.
By far one the best. I've been to more than I can count garages across this country and I believe this may be the best. Towed in and they had my info and was looking at my truck within 30 minutes. Fixed and rolling in less than 3 hours most shops haven't even looked at it by then. Oh yeah I also drive a Pete still POS Packard engine. Give more than 5 stars if could.
