This place is a scam and waste of time , checked in at 19:30 , saying that I can stay overnight and in morning will be looked at my trailer When I checked again in morning they didn’t know what I was talking about ok no worries I check again at 18:20 the same guy that checked me in he was stuttering euuuhhh …. There is no tech right now and if you neeed one will charge 745$ per hour If you can go elsewhere better then waist of your time totally unprofessional

Well I wish I had some of the more positive vibes some other Customers had. 1 great and 1 grump service writer and 1 grump mechanic. Like they're doing you the favor of talking to you. I guess when you wait in the driver's lounge for hours n hours it's too much to ask for a TV hooked to actual TV channels. What happened to the days they'd take you to the motel an exit away? I don't know. My general service experience was let's say not stellar. Nice recliners though!
