I needed some parts for my older Kenworth and had been in this location before. I wasn't very pleased with the service in the past so i was hesitant. They seem to be working with a skeleton crew in the parts department. But Brittany in the parts department is very courteous and knowledgeable, she had everything I was needing on the counter within minutes. I was able to get back on the road quickly. Big thanks to Brittany and I will be back in the future.

I would not recommend Kenworth in Augusta. I go in there to get parts all the time it's a major hassle , There is not one single professional employee left at this Kenworth in Augusta GA, this is including, all people that work in this building. Don't waste your time complaining to the general manager he is most definitely one of the problems. Someone needs to figure out how to get ahold of, upper management this place needs help immediately. I know at least five other people with the same complaint

MHC kenworth tulsa oklahoma This dealership and managers are nothing but liars that have no concern for owner-operators and their equipment. They refuse to warranty their work and parts. Called yesterday on a power divider seal that was done by this dealership on May 10 2023 and asked for confirmation of warranty. Person on the phone check with his manager said yes, all work and parts they perform within a year is warranty. Got there today at 11:00am in the morning. Check in and proceed to wait. A great buying experience with MHC Atlanta! we pick up our truck from the Denver MHC dealer and we had a problem with the truck on the way home they work with us, and everything is fix and running smooth. My salesperson Keem and sales manager were knowledgeable and very professional explain everything and work to help us. We will definitely be working with Keem on my second future purchases but only at the Atlanta location trucks no more Denver!

I live an hour from Pueblo, near Westcliffe. I bought a 1979 International dump truck for personal use. I wanted to have new brakes and tires before I took it up the mountain. Based 100% on their brand name, I took it to MHC Kenworth Pueblo CO. Big mistake. They let the truck sit for a week. Nothing was fixed. If you want quick, easy service, this isn't the place. They have had one of my semi's for 8 days and haven't touched it. I am currently battling warranty issues with them. As a customer for over 5 years, they have no recollection of the previous work and/or document paperwork for previous services/warranties. We've been passed along from one person to the next, no one with answers. This kind of pass along works for big companies, but for hard-working, small companies like mine losing money by the hour, this doesn't work. I h... read more

This rating is solely for Justin, the Service supervisor. He's reached out to me and we've talked a few times since my initial review. I must say, Justin is such an asset to this MHC location and if they're going to turn things around for the better, it'll be through his leadership and customer service skills. He's addressed my issues in a more than satisfactory way! Thank you Justin, for reaching out to me on a personal level, you're a breath of fresh air!
