Called before I got there. Was traveling RT 70 east. Service manager took time out and looked at my issue on the truck in the parking lot because they was covered up with work. Gave me a explanation of the issue and back on the road in a half hour. Great customer service.
Wouldn't take me a mile down the street to the hotel .... no taxi service either... pretty bad thanks for nothing
