Worst experience of my life . Was seen In January for a pap. The dr looked me dead in the eyes and told me everything looked normal . Everything was not normal . Result was abnormal had to go back for biopsy , even worse experience. The dr had no patience for me and the staff laughed at me because I was bleeding and in pain, apparently a Tylenol will do just fine when taking a piece of your cervix off . I have some health concerns that aren’t drastic enough for the hospital but concerning enough to be seen and haven’t received a call back in 24 hours. They don’t return your calls. The midwife doesn’t remember her patients and asked me to a second Pap smear even though at our previous appointment she made me do one and then asks me if it was with another doctor, I’m guessing they lost my information. The day before my appointment I got a notice saying that I am to go to this office. When I made the appointment I said I wanted to go to the main office in Marana so it was a VERY big disappointing surprise I had to drive all the way through town to get to this location. I informed the female there that I did not want to go to this location because I felt more comfortable with the other location and with the people there which I had been going to for some years and they changed me to this location (northwest). I am 71 so my needs are different but they took care of me so fast and made my experience as painless as possible. I would like to warn and inform you that if you are getting surgery you may want to ask them to give you the orders in paperwork because NW hospital and MHC have different software programs that makes it hard for electronic orders like pre-op get through. It took me two days to finally get the dr.'s office to give me paperwork because NW hospital couldn't find a record of them. Each department said to do differe... read more

Terrible experience here. I'm a current patient but will be switching providers asap. Office staff are VERY hard to get ahold of, do not answer messages, do not follow up after appointments even though they say they will, and have told me blatantly incorrect and conflicting information regarding my insurance policy and my referral. Dr. Marsha Brooks Candela is wonderful, but it's so difficult to deal with this office that it's not worth the hassle.
