First, full disclosure. I am employed by MHC Healthcare. I started in 2007, as an unpaid intern. I was hired a few months later as a case manager in med management, and then as a Bachelors’ level therapist in substance use. I left MHC when I was offered a job working under contract with the VA, caring for homeless vets at a place called Coming Home, LLC.
