Dr Michael mcbrain is the absolute worst in the entire business, I cannot believe he is still employed there. Hopefully they change that soon, but until then do not see this provider
They have taken my ID and insurance half a dozen times, and they never save it. I'm tired of having to do the same thing over and over again. They also got a new system, making check-in way more complicated than it needs to be. Very unfortunate. My doctor, Dr. Joshua Jean, is absolutely amazing, so sad he's leaving. He's a good listener, knew what he was talking about, and helped me understand. I highly recommend him.
Terrible customer service. I never get call backs and when I finally do, the representative has no idea what’s going on. I stay because my actual doctor is awesome. Unfortunately she is surrounded by incompetence.
Leaving this review just hoping someone will pick up the phone, I've been on hold for over an hour trying to schedule an appointment....
DO NOT GO HERE! Reading the reviews brings me back to my awful visit. I have never felt so dismissed as a person and as a patient . I was prescribed a sleep aid and when it didn't work, he suggested to keep taking an extra pill every time I woke. I asked, what if I keep waking up, "then take another one!" And then he left me in the room as I sobbed. That doctor should be ashamed. I was at my lowest and he made it so much worse.
