Horrible place. I was aupset anf my new casemanager called. When I started having melt down and complaining of my last caseworker who when I called in crisis she doesnt call back and she places wrong notes in her profile. then she got irritated and said she tried to call me 3 times I said when I I asked if he called my husband he said yes. My husband and I look up the number nope nothing and got upset that we told her on her lie. This place is horrible. Wonderful team very patient and understanding
Had a tele med apt today at 9am. I did not receive anything whatsoever for a login to WebEx was on hold for 24 minutes, ganger got on the phone and said oh well we can do this apt for a later date but not today while my apt was scheduled, invalidated my time nor cared I had to not pick up my 2 year old son from his dads on time because of my apt, but the wya she said oh well sorry like she didn't give A DAMN ! what a shame I told her do not call me anymore take my name away from services . Do not let them assign you Karen Modrzejewski. She will ask if you were abused and then call you a liar and then cancel your appointment in the middle of the appointment of you insist that you are not one
