Friendly and understanding
I was referred here by my doctor, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. First, just trying to get someone on the phone was a nightmare. I spent hours navigating their phone system, and it took nearly 4 hours just to reach someone to schedule an appointment. When I finally did, the earliest availability was three months out. Horrible place. I was aupset anf my new casemanager called. When I started having melt down and complaining of my last caseworker who when I called in crisis she doesnt call back and she places wrong notes in her profile. then she got irritated and said she tried to call me 3 times I said when I I asked if he called my husband he said yes. My husband and I look up the number nope nothing and got upset that we told her on her lie. This place is horrible.
