The receptionists are Super rude! They don’t even make eye contact! Or anything! They ask for your date of birth Or insurance cards then tell you your good have a seat! Nothing else! Just very rude and inconsiderate of others while they sit behind the glass and gossip to one another.
My experience from the first phone call was horrible. I made my first appointment and told them I was a patient transfer. I got there and registered me as a new patient. They called me on the day of my appointment to confirm its for tomorrow, I told them. No, it's for today. They told me, oh yeah, 11:40. I said no 11:20. I told Dr. Gutierrez about the front desk problems, he threw his hands up and said "Its out of my hands". I had to remind the phlebotomis that she forgot a urine sample.
