I’ve been a patient here for a while, but my primary care provider left and I was assigned a new one. What a disappointment. The level of care is deplorable and I would not recommend going here for healthcare. They won’t listen to your concerns and they will not treat your symptoms. I was a Respiratory Therapist for nearly twenty years, I know healthcare and this is not that.
I’ve been a patient here for about 7 years, and unfortunately the quality of care has gone downhill in the past year. While I’ve had some excellent providers (Dr. Babutha Bijin and NP Rachael Heath were both amazing), they left the office, as did several others. It feels like there is a constant turnover of doctors and nurse practitioners, which makes continuity of care nearly impossible. So hard to actually set up an appointment. Every time I call im on hold for over 20 mins.
First I would like to say Dr Gutierrez's assistance Daphne is wonderful, but Dr. Gutierrez is not one I would not entrust my medical needs with. I have visited his office only twice and that was enough. When someone is doing a great job I believe in giving this individual a top notch rating, but when someone is in a profession such as in the medical field one would think that they would have their patience best interest at heart, so with that I will not comment further because I was taught that if you couldn't say anything n... read more
