Horizon nor Mental health could take me in. Was skeptical about the one star but I think the people who were seen just didn’t find their person. I was able to speak myself without feelings unheard or unseen. I was able to relate with the nice lady I talked to and that felt amazing for once. Things have been very hard and this was the only place that would see me. She understood I was in a rough spot and didn’t care if my voice accidentally raised from my stress. Do not recommend
The most toxic environment. Noone there cares about the clients. Staff is incompetent, breaks Hippa, is struggling so much with their own mental health they are incapable of helping you. The board does nothing but continues to give raises. Even when the abuses of the staff have been brought to them multiple times.If you dare bring up the deficiencies in the service, revenge is plotted for you daring to advocate for yourself.
