They answer the phone and tell you come on, no appt needed and when you get there they refuse you and tell you come back in cpl hours ! Can't understand anyone who answers the phone either. Very unprofessional!!!!!!
Not a good experience. First of all I tried to make an appointment for the first time and she said, "No" and hung up on me. I called today and they said to come in. 30 minutes was $45. I asked for receipt. They charged me $47. I had to tell her 2x to please massage harder. After I tipped 20% she tried to take more money out of my hands. Showed me a paper she wrote 30% tip. This place is sketchy. Will not be back.
My wife went and they told her how much they expected her to tip and made her pay in advance.
I call to ask if a time slot is available to make sure I don't waste time on the drive. If only 1 person is working, walk-ins can interrupt the massage so I would definitely call to schedule your appointment. The English isn't the best so patience is a necessity. I've read some reviews saying they are rude but that's definitely not on the ladies at M&H, probably a customer not understanding the culture. I like more pressure and they always ask either way. It was an ok massage, but at the end the masseuse complained about the tip I gave her (20% tip for 30 minute massage) saying “I know you have more” when she first saw my wallet at the beginning of interaction. Very rude and unprofessional and I WILL NOT be coming back. One star.
